2006 Newmar Essex
I couldn't get motorhome to start or do anything so Jerry came to my house. Jerry came out and diagnosed a bad solenoid that would give power to the starter. He checked around and found the correct solenoid at NAPA even though spartan said a 10 day lead time. Great to work with, knowledgeable, and very fair pricing. Checked my RV steps while he was at the house. Definitely the man.

The absolute best!
I cannot say enough about this company. From fast appointment times and knowledgeable service, to going the extra mile to help us in need at the most afforable price I have found. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond like staying as long as needed to get what they need to make the repair at no additional cost, to offering extra help such as a dehumidifier and an A/C we needed while we get our repaired. Both husband and wife are knowledgeable and helpful. I REALLY just cannot say how much of a God send they are. The best in the area. I will recommend them over and over.
