Rv repair

Bj came to our rescue as we were on our trip to South Dakota. We rented a RV for the first time and were having trouble with the slide out. We were practically left stranded at one of the rv campsites at KOA and no one was able to come repair it due to it being the weekend. Luckily one of the employees at KOA told us about BJ and we contacted him. A couple hours later he came to our aid and repaired the RV. He saved our trip! We are so grateful to him and not only did he save our trip but he was so pleasant to work with. I cannot say enough good things about BJ. He truly is our knight in shining armor.

BJ has been great. We first called him when our fridge quit working and used him again to fix several other issues we had noticed. He was friendly and efficient and ensured the work he performed was satisfactory.

BJ is very honest, responsive and helpful. His work is very effective and he did a great job changing our slide motor. Highly recommended.

A/C Repair

BJ was quick to return our call for help with our A/C. We were traveling through so he found us two new A/C units and with a full schedule he gave up his day off to put them in for us. He arrive on-time and impressed us with his professional knowledge and fully equipped truck to get our work finished. After inspecting our roof he found we had a missing vent cover and a cracked skylight. He had the supplies and fixed it for us before leaving. We highly recommend him.

Tech knows his stuff. He got me out of a jam. But his service is over priced. BJ gave me his hourly rate, but my final invoice for the work came as sticker shock. RV repairs are many times an urgent situation, being on vacation or away from home. We all find to be at the mercy of the repair service. Now in hind sight I would recommend campers in need of service work to try and get an estimate for the complete job first. BJ did his job and fixed the problem and I thank you for that.
