Tony is a professional. Called on his way, arrived on time. Diagnosis of bad fan bearing, found a replacement, got it , installed it. Fast, efficient, polite, Couldn't ask for better service. 5 star

I had JLR Mobile RV Repair & Solar Installations change two rooftop 15,000 BTU Air Conditioner/Heat Pumps on my Tiffin Phaeton motorhome. I contacted him a few days ago, he promptly provided a quote for the cost (in writing), and scheduled me for 9 AM this morning. He arrived on time, replaced both rooftop units, and was completed before noon. He waited around to ensure both units were working properly (cooling, and being sure the condensate pumps were discharging the water for each unit). He has the right equipment and knowledge to get the job done properly. I did not know him prior. I had seen his van in Houma and contacted him. I highly recommend him.

I have a brand new Jayco with a Furrion on demand water heater. We were camping in heavy rain last weekend and it stopped working. I texted Jimmy (who I have never met or called in the past, first time customer). He responded to me while he was on vacation giving me details how to fix the problem. He even emailed me the repair worksheet for the error I had showing. Again, I have never met Jimmy but I can’t tell you that if this is how he helps while on vacation, he is an EXCELLENT businessman and person. I fixed my issue with a reset procedure and an air compressor. I plan to contact JLR for all future needs. In our fast paced and sometimes rude world it’s good to know there are still people/businesses like Jimmy and JLR. Most Appreciated!

Came out and repaired things on time. Had to go get parts and he returned quickly. Very courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend JLR to anyone. The best part is that he comes to you!
