Prompt professional and friendly service! We contacted two services, Mr. Jim’s with a 5.0 rating and another with a 4.9 rating. Mr. Jim was here as scheduled (actually a few minutes early) with no response from the other until after Mr. Jim had already fixed our immediate issue and was getting ready to leave. We also had him check another problem with our steps and he knew right away what the fix is. We are very pleased and look forward to doing more business with him. UPDATE: We hired Mr. Jim to install a new awning (complete with arms and everything) for us after he came out and helped us get the old, battered, beat up awning back in after a bad storm finished it off! He arrived early again and went right to work even though his helper didn’t show up. Installing an awning is a two person job BUT Mr. Jim has some awesome equipment and was able to do the install by himself with the assist of his expensive equipment. The job took longer to do because for one person he had to disassemble it and put it on arm by arm, as well as the shade itself and the tube. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done the day it was scheduled for instead of canceling on us. Which we would have understood but some may have gotten a little bent out of shape about it. He completed the job in 4 hours even with the heat and humidity draining him of bodily fluids. Not to mention that he worked around a few obstacles, I.e. puppy, fence, gazebo, fire ring. etc., which I was all to happy to have moved for him if needed but he said he’d work around it. It is so nice to have a working awning again and even better than the last one because of the upgraded design from the manufacturer. If you are looking for no-nonsense repairs don’t look past Mr. Jim’s! Extremely knowledgeable, diligent and friendly! Go Buckeyes! (one more reason to hire him, lol)

Very pleased with the work that done to replace our old awning. Jim showed up on time per the appointment we had with him. VERY professional attitude and had ALL the right equipment to do the job properly and on time. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done! Thanks Jim!!
