Pre purchase Inspection on Class A Diesel pusher

We had Jim go through the motor home we were looking to purchase. The unit is a 2017 Entegra Aspire and Jim completed a thorough inspection of the coach. Jim provided important observations and possible implications that would help in our decision to purchase. Jim covered every inch of the motor home from top to bottom. We are very great full to Jim and glad we sought his expertise!

I hired Jim to help inspect my new Class A motorhome as a way to provide me peace of mind, and a good understanding of what issues I may need to address eventually after purchase. Jim was very patient with me as we awaited the arrival of the motorhome, and balanced mine and the dealership inspection scheduling issues. This inspection was scheduled BEFORE the dealers Pre Delivery inspection, so he may have uncovered items that the dealer may have resolved prior to us finding them. Having said that, he arrived on time, and even with special treats for the salesmen at the dealership! During the inspection he was careful, methodical and also patiently taught me several things about the RV that I did not previously know. His calm demeanor helped me not to stress over the issues found. As part of this review, I want to also share a few of the details he discovered to show how thorough he is: 1) Roof: Sealant Bubbles on the roof seam 2) Bath: Bathroom shower door leaking water out of the shower 3) Undercarriage: A small gap of foam sealant missing from under the RV 4) Utilities: Resolved a tankless hot water heater issue on the fly 5) Interior: Slide room wiper seals twisted up inside the coach Not only did he discover these issues, but he also shows up fully prepared to test everything in the RV - he even had a glass container to heat water in the microwave, and then test the temperature. He had so many gadgets to test things ranging from voltage, to gas pressure tests and many other things. WORTH EVERY PENNY. I contacted Jim last minute before my purchase of a used fifth wheel. He was able to fit me in within two days of my call. Jim was extremely thorough through the entire inspection process, but better yet he was educational to me as well. I learned a lot of things to look for and things to continuously maintain on the RV. With the way these things are built nowadays, I believe a top to bottom inspection is absolutely necessary. Even new from the factory have serious defects and issues. Jim gets 5+++ stars from me all day long. He most certainly put my mind at ease with my purchase by being so thorough on his inspection process.

Jim did a great job with our RV inspection. He was very thorough and went over the RV carefully from top to bottom. He explained everything clearly and found issues with seals, rust, and checked the refrigerator, propane, and other systems too. He had the right tools and clearly knew what he was doing. We were in a bind because we needed an inspection the same day before the sale was final. We tried reaching several other inspectors, but Jim was the only one who was willing to go out of his way and rearrange his schedule to help us. We really appreciated that.
