Top Notch Service
I contacted Juan because I needed the camper oven replaced. We discussed the different options and timelines. My husband ordered the replacement and I contacted Juan to let him know we had the replacement in hand. He provided his availability and we discussed arrival times. He arrived on time and ready to work. The day before arrival I expressed there maybe a propane leak behind the kitchen drawers. Upon arrival he located the propane leak and discussed the options and cost with my husband. He was able to complete the repair to the leak and replacement of the oven within budget. He explained everything including showing pictures of areas my husband couldn’t see. He provided top notch service and left no mess behind. Highly recommend him.

RV refrigerator quit working
John Alba was very willing from our first visit regarding my need for him to help with diagonsis and warranty on an RV refrigerator I had replaced last year by someone else. He processed the complaint with the manufacturer and came out to troubleshoot the problem. His communication throughout the process was the best I've seen in a long time. John came to my house to troubleshoot the problem and it didn't take long and the fridge was working. I saw some of the work he was doing on other RV's when I first met him and was immediately impressed. My confidence in him is very high. In addtion to his high skill, he is a military veteran which is commendable in itself.
