At Horizons RV Services LLC our mission is to help RV buyers and owners gain “Confidence for Life on the Road”. Horizons RV Services LLC is operated by Todd (TJ) and Rosanna Barr. We are long time RVers who enjoy living on the road and sharing what we have learned with others. TJ is an NRVIA Certified RV Inspector and RVTAA Registered Technician. He is a US Navy veteran and former IT consultant with an eye for detail and “can do” attitude. Rosanna is a former administrator with a city police department and is creative with design, marketing, and planning.
