Helped me within minutes of initial contact

I had my bedroom A/C stop working I 100 degree weather. John walked me through trouble shooting on the phone and got it working again. Highly recommend him for his communication, knowledge and integrity.

John was amazing!! He persevered through a very frustrating situation and fixed our issue without any of the promised help by the part’s manufacturer and limited help by our coach’s manufacturer. Two hundred miles from home and the handicapped access in our coach was not opening. we would have been literally stuck without John’s knowledge and perseverance. Thank you, John!

John offered to come out the very same day my AC unit quit working. He is very knowledgeable and explained all my different options. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to combined that with the fact he is a 20 year army veteran, he will be the only person I hire to ever work on my 5th wheel again!

Very very helpful and quick. We were working out of a mobile kitchen outside of Columbia that had received some wiring damage on our last job. John came over same day we called and fixed it right up in-between meals.
