Broken awning repair
Left awning out and at 3:am storm broke the pin on the motor. Jarod came out to the campground we were at pulled it apart and rolled it up to tie it up for safety due to winds coming up. Ordered part two days and put it back together. All is working well.

QUICK SERVICE - HIGHLY RATE
Thank goodness we discovered Helios RV while in Las Vegas! We had several issues and he was able to promptly get them checked out for us! He worked us in, repaired our air conditioner, fixed the camera and diagnosed our motorized steps. He charged us a one hour rate. We would definitely recommend! Honest and reliable.

Responsive and persistent
We had an electrical problem preventing some of our lights from working. Jarod was clearly knowledgable about the possible sources of our problem and worked on it until he got to the right solution and made sure we understood how to prevent it in the future. He also found some additional wiring that needed attention. He accomodated our schedule and was so careful with our equipment. We recommend him unreservedly.

Great Guy
We broke down on New Years Day and Jarod was not close but answered his phone and came to help. He diagnosed the problem and got in touch with the right local people to move our coach, get it repaired and get us back on the road. We can’t thank him enough! We would absolutely use him again.
