Alvin was great. He got me numbers for repairs, was honest and showed me exactly what he was talking about and how the repair would go. Got my wardrobe slide all the way in. Unfortunately my fridge compressor is limping, and shall be retired when I return to my summer job, So When the numbers hit my bank account I will be back here for him to do the work on the slide as well as a couple other projects 😬 Alvin it was great to meet you and I will recommend 😁

Filling a Need

I've used Alvin with Happy Kamper RV Service 3 times now. One for a pre purchase RV inspection, one for RV warranty work on replacing a Lippert stabilizer jack and one for a national recall to replace RV shock absorber mounting bolts. Alvin inspected a 2020 Thor Magnitude XG32 for me in Truckee, CA on June 18th, and I can't recommend him highly enough. What stood out most was how clearly he communicated his findings — he didn't just hand over a checklist, he walked me through what each issue actually meant for the coach, how serious it was, and even looked into what the bodywork repairs would run. That clarity made a real difference: his inspection surfaced damage the seller hadn't disclosed — damage that had occurred after our initial inspection, and we would have had absolutely no idea. Because Alvin explained exactly what he found and why it mattered, I was able to walk away from a deal that would have cost me a lot more down the road.
