Jeff nailed it.
My AC was acting up. At least that is what I thought the problem was. Jeff diagnosed it as something else, took care of it and while it is just shy of 100º outside, it is 73º inside. I am indeed one happy camper.

They went way out of their way take care of us!
Jeff and Holly were absolutely wonderful to us. We were in the middle of Young State Park and our camper had a big issue and we dead in the water. It feels like both of them went way over and above to take care of us. We were absolutely thrilled how everything worked out and could not be happier. If we could leave a 6 star review we would. They were great, Thank you very, very much!

Systematically Nailed a Tricky Electrical Issue
Normally, electrical problems on an RV can rapidly turn into a nightmare. Jeff really knows his stuff and had it figured out in short order. I could not be happier!

Motor for Bed Lift failed
My Bed Lift motor was not functioning and was making grinding noises. Jeff was able to work me in quickly for a service call to my RV at the campground to help diagnose the issue for Entegra as the coach was under warranty. He filled out their Jobber form and I sent it to Entegra. They overnighted the part to Jeff and he came out to install it and fully test the fix. Very satisfied with the service he provided. Highly recommended.
