Tim is an excellent service technician, knowledgable and tells it as it is.

Start to finish, Tim was amazing. Wish I could give him 10 stars out of 5. He went above and beyond, was professional, and we look forward to calling next time we're in Council Bluffs/Omaha to address whatever issues we're experiencing. He was great with our air conditioning and electrical issues and providing information on a couple other issues we can address, but didn't have the last few pieces of information. Hahn's Mobile RV Service returned our call almost immediately, allowed me to explain the issues we were having, discussed our schedule and their availability to secure an appointment. We received text and email confirmation of the appointment and then he showed up a couple days early to check out the situation to ensure he was as prepared as possible for the appointment day and time. He arrived on time and started moving forward, including with a large amount of information he researched since our first meeting. Again, I can't recommend Tim & Hahn's Mobile RV Service enough. Call them now!

Tim with Hahn's Mobile RV Service was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the very beginning, scheduling was simple and stress-free. He communicated clearly, showed up exactly when he said he would, and got right to work. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our electrical issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure the job was done correctly. His pricing was fair, and you can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. What stood out most, though, was who Tim is as a person. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Tim is the real deal, kind, honest, dependable, and just an overall good human being. It's refreshing to meet someone who not only does excellent work but also treats people with respect and integrity. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to work with for your RV needs, I cannot recommend Hahn's Mobile RV Service enough. We will absolutely call Tim again in the future. I’ve been using Hahn’s Mobile RV Repair for the last couple of months, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received. Most recently, Tim replaced my RV refrigerator with a residential refrigerator. He not only went and picked the new fridge up but he and his whole crew came out on Sunday and worked hard to make sure everything was done right. What really sets Tim’s business apart is their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. Tim, his wife Jodie, and fellow RV technician Sean are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about the quality of their work. Their pricing is very fair, and I appreciate that they take the time to find the best solution for the customer. If you want the best of the best, Tim Hahn is it. I highly recommend Hahn’s Mobile RV Repair and will continue to use them for all my RV service needs.

27 YO MotorHome. Great inspection and repair experience. Nothing was left out of inspection. Jump started, tires aired up, list of needs recorded, advice given, explanations made. Repairs scheduled. Couldn’t have asked for more even though I am an extremely experienced camper. I have given “Carte Blanche” on needed repairs, most of which will be done in the convenience of my OWN driveway. How great is that? After initial review, Tim and Sean have been back to rebuild an old fridge (with all new components - making it a 12v & 120v only - no gas), installed 2 NEW AC’s, 3 new fans, exhaust duct caps and completely sealed and refinished the roof. Installed all new clearance lights, installed protective rubber border around entire outside of Motorhome, removed a broken ladder, made adjustments to waters system, started refurnishing bathroom floor. Installing new toilet next week. Removed headlights so I could replace them (lower level stuff). Provided advice and material to “Spruce-Up” the aging exterior. Provided source companies to find need replacements, I.e., blinds, original/restoration parts. No doubt, there will be more to come. Hahns Mobile RV Service keeps on GIVING. Ver easy to work with. Neat, effective, honest, trustworthy and sincere. Highly recommend (after I’m done with him). ————————— Nearing my RV renovation completion, NOW I’ll let the rest of the world schedule his time. Thank you Tim, Sean and Jodie. —————————- Another FANTASTIC save by Sean on a HOLIDAY (Memorial Day), he came by and diagnosed my “not starting” problem as a bad starter and solenoid. While he removed the OLD I went to O’Reilly’s and got the NEW. Eazy - Peazy. What a crew. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
