Trustworthy and Honest
Our Ember 21MRK Exact slide motor crumbled to a halt, leaving us stranded in Hillsdale. David came to our rescue. He was a calming and reassuring presence. We scheduled for the motor/gearbox replacement and found that both motors required a factory upgrade due to design issues. I typically attempt repairs myself but knew that I would be well over my skis on this one. David was an excellent communicator and was extremely transparent with us, replacing a cable that was accidentally damaged in the repair process. He was exceptional in skill, service and overall value. Thank you so much David!

Great experience
David was very professional. He replaced two Dometic A/C units on my 2014 Sanibel and made sure the installation was done correctly. I will be calling him for the next repair I need. Good rates.
