Highly recommend! I chose Doug based on his certification and promise of the most thorough inspection in the area. He performed the inspection within a few days and sent the report by the next morning. It was an amazingly thorough and useful report. On par with any house inspection, complete with detailed pictures. Once I reviewed the report we discussed the findings over the phone. Thanks to Doug (and lucky he was in the area!). Experienced trouble shooter and really knows his stuff. He fixed our water heater and then figured out the problem w our 2 way frig not working on electricity. The he told my husband what part to buy (control board went out) and how to install it so we could finish our trip and save money on repairs. Too bad we don't live out here, we'd love to have someone like this handy in California!

I employed Grandpa Doug’s company for a “new” 5th wheel inspection at an out of state dealer after I found him online via the NRVIA website. I will just say that you get what you pay for. While I have heard of cheaper inspections, his personal inspection was extremely thorough, unhurried, and presented some issues that the dealer thought that they could slide under the rug for an out of state buyer. So I thank you again for your excellent service, as well as the time in following up after the inspection to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
