EXCELLENT RESPONSE AND SERVICE
We have had Ben twice on different occasions for our Solis. He is our GO TO Person from now on. He is responsive, knowledgeable, identifies the problems and fixes it. He educates us during the process.

Helpful, generous, and informative!
Ben came out to look at electrical issues with my trailer and was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly. The problem stemmed from the shore power provider, so he explained how that could be fixed by the provider, but also spent a lot of time thoroughly explaining a more innovative solution as he understood I might not be able to get help from the provider. Ben also quickly diagnosed and repaired an issue with my refrigerator. He was a very direct communicator, making it easy to work with him on different problems. Overall, Ben was experienced, patient, respectful, and accommodating. I will definitely know who to contact if (more like when) I have another problem come up.

Great service!
Our experience with Ben was fantastic in every way. He made himself available to help us the same day we contacted him. In short order he diagnosed the several issues we were having with our rig, clearly explained each of his proposed courses of action and then, after making sure we understood and approved, got right to work and solved our problems. He was very generous, not even charging us when he rightfully could have after working past the hour. Thorough and polite, Ben is the consumate professional!
