I reached out to John and Angela after we found the motorhome we were planning to purchase regarding installation of a washer and dryer. John walked me through everything that I needed to make certain we had and we scheduled a date/time to complete the installation. They did a wonderful job of working under some difficult circumstances and had the job complete within a very reasonable amount of time. During the install, they made certain that since I was new to Class A life to share some insights and tips as we were about to step into full time RV life. During the entire process, they were punctual, great at communication, very friendly, and most certainly non-judgmental! As a follow-up, I had to reach out after while we were on our shake down outing, and they again were very prompt to respond and made me feel very comfortable in asking questions. They will certainly be on my call list again, if we are in the same vicinity and I need anything taken care of! They gave me a great initiation into working with a mobile RV Tech!

What professional and knowledgeable people. They explain what they’re doing and why they’re doing it and how to do it myself the next time if it’s something that I can do. They educated me in a lot of areas of my RV that I did not have knowledge of. I truly appreciate them and will definitely be calling again if I need to

John and his assistant/wife Angela were available on short notice to address an electrical issue in my travel trailer. He was able to resolve it in less than 5 minutes once he saw the generator I was using to power the trailer. We were getting a reversed neutral/ground indication because, it turns out, generators aren't typically grounded. I also had him replace the dicor sealant on the roof while he was there. It was an all-day job and I was able to sit and observe for a couple hours throughout the day while chatting with him and Angela. I learned a ton about RV maintenance during that time along with the best places and restaurants to visit on our upcoming trip to Maine. They were very knowledgeable, a pleasure to be with, and they did a fantastic job.

Great Inspection Experience!

In May of 2024 we made an offer on a 2021 Cougar 25RDS that was located in Athens, Texas. Since we live on the west coast we wanted to have the RV inspected prior to closing the deal. I did an online search of the area and located Golden Hour Mobile RV Service. John was quick to reply with his availability and pricing, and we set a date for the inspection. John and Angela were great about communicating with us and the seller via text, phone and email. The inspection revealed a few items that needed to be addressed by the seller. These were all taken care of before we ever traveled to Texas to pick up the trailer. We received a very detailed, comprehensive, multi-paged report, similar to the type you would receive for a home inspection, complete with photos of each area of the RV. We closed the deal and drove to Texas to pick up the trailer. We towed the RV to a nearby RV Park that happened to be where John and Angela were also staying. As new RVers we were delighted to be in the same park with our inspectors. John made a point of letting us know he was available in case we had questions or any issues with the RV. You really can't beat that kind of service and personalized care. Thank you John and Angela!
