I have been a certified NRVIA inspector since 2017 and I am the most experienced inspector in the great Pacific NW. I love what I do and I am so blessed to be able to say that.

I live in Tacoma, WA, but I serve the entire Pacific Northwest including all of Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana and Wyoming. If there is somewhere you need me to go, I'll be there!

As far as services go, I offer full inspections, safety inspections, fluid sampling and orientations. Please visit my website for more detailed descriptions of each of these. I only perform full inspections, as compared to a less detailed inspection, because offering anything less than a full inspection is actually a disservice to you as a client. You are wanting to ensure that the coach functions are safe, that it is safe for travel and everything is operating as intended when you are purchasing, or selling, it. 

Having received nothing but 5-star reviews on Google, I think the fact that I do enjoy what I do really shows in the quality of my work. I strive to make sure each inspection is performed to the best of my ability, that the report is clear, concise and easy to read and follow and I try to make it a bit personable as well.

I have performed several hundred inspections at this point, both as an independent inspector and in working with FEMA during some of their disaster relief efforts on inspecting travel trailers that they have purchased to help those who have been displaced. The disaster relief efforts are so personally rewarding knowing that the work that we do is helping those in need, and I am fortunate to be part of this team that works with FEMA when needed.

I have lived in the Northwest my entire life, I’ve been camping for as long as I can remember and greatly enjoy the outdoors. We bought our first motorhome in April of 2015 and I immediately took a shine to the RVing lifestyle and everything it has to offer. I had to fly to Alabama to pick it up, and prior to purchasing it the sellers were willing to take it to a local RV shop to have an inspection done on it. As I have learned in the last couple of years it was not nearly as thorough and in depth as it should have been. I didn’t purchase a lemon by any means, but there were issues that any decent inspection should have revealed that weren’t, but what did I know at the time…? 

On my own I started learning about how RVs work, operate and how to work on them myself to help save on costly repair work. If I could do the work, great! Through all of my research on the internet I came across the NRVIA and what it has to offer. Since falling in love with RVing, I thought that taking the training with the NRVIA and becoming an inspector would give me the opportunity to help others when it came to purchasing an RV that suits their needs. What better way to make a living is there than helping others in the pursuit of their happiness and dreams while doing something that you enjoy?!

And I do enjoy it! We’re now at that the stage in our lives where having our ‘creature comforts’ from home is kind of nice! Don’t get me wrong… We still enjoy backpacking and getting into remote areas, but we are  loving our ‘home on wheels,’ being able take friends and family out with us, and I am hoping that I can help you  do the same.
