Hello! My name is Shane Jordan, and I am the owner of Full Hookup Mobile RV Services, LLC. After 24 successful years in information technology (IT) operations, I made the decision to leave the comforts of my corporate job to contribute to the growing repair needs of the RV community. I have always had a talent for repairing about anything and a passion for helping others, so starting my own mobile RV repair business was a natural fit. To further hone the skills required for RV repair, I completed the Advanced RV Service Technician Program offered at the National RV Training Academy in Athens, Texas. This training experience allowed me to obtain RV Service Technician certification through the RV Technician Association of America. I look forward to serving the RV community for many years to come!

Shane is awesome. Always available. Expert knowledge. Takes the time to help you work thru each individual problem. I’ve called him from several different states with troubleshooting issue at all hours of the night. Sending pictures and texts and phone calls back and forth until my camper issues were solved.

Excellent, prompt and knowledgeable service! Shane came out last minute and was able to diagnose my leveler issue (leaking hydrolics line) the day of our trip. You can tell right away that he knows his RVs/motorhomes. Will absolutely be using him for future needs on our Class A systems.

Shane did a great job replacing my awing over the slide. Awning is 22 ft long so it was hard to handle. Replaced the drain trap that busted in the shower drain. Highly recommend Shane at Full Hookup.

We had an AC problem and contacted Shane about a bad vibration. He pulled the cover and quickly found the problem as dirt bobbers nested inside. He cleaned and repaired as he was fighting off a nest of red wasp. Did a great job, very satisfied. We will definitely call him when we have any other problems and we highly recommend Shane at Full Hookup Mobile RV Services.
