Wonderful
I now have used Mr. Frye twice. Both times his performance was exceptional. Had a lightning strike very close to my trailer. Air conditioning immediately failed. Of course it was a Saturday. Mr. Frye showed up promptly and actually had air conditioning control panels, two, on his truck. That alone is a big plus….Parts!! A tiny burn in my control panel showed why it failed. The man is a wizard!!!

Superior Service Beyond the Call of Duty
My sister is located on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina. She lives in her RV alone and had been having a myriad of problems with her hot water and plumbing. She had all but gave up on being able to enjoy a hot shower when she was given a name of Charles Frye owner of Frye RV Repair LLC. She called, and she sensed that Charles was knowledgeable about RVs and problems one could encounter with an RV. They are a different animal as I soon learned from my sister. Charles came out to her location and spent a whole afternoon, completely rewiring her hot water heater that had been installed correctly. It was late in the day when he finished, and left but promised to follow up with her the next day. Turns out that the hot water heater was working but she was only getting tepid water. Charles had her to take a photo of the valves behind the water heater and he circled a valve that was left open to flush the pipes out for winterization. He had her close it and her problem was solved. He again reached out to her the next day to make certain that she had no more problems. Only years of experience can teach one to know how to troubleshoot what someone else incorrectly did. Charles is an expert and I am grateful that she called him. I had Frye RV Repair send me the bill and I found his rate very reasonable, and I am delighted to recommend him for any RV repairs.
