All 4 brakes replaced - seals leaking

RIght before we were planning on leaving for a multiple week trip, we discovered we had a brake problem on our fifth wheel. Through the recommendation of the manufacture, we used rvhelp.com to find a mobile tech near us. Fortunately, that was Ryan, who was able to fit us into his schedule quickly. His inspection discovered that three of the four wheels were leaking grease. Ryan contacted the manufacture, who agreed that it would be best to replace all four as the RV is less than a year old, and something must be wrong. Ryan then was able to rearrange his schedule to install the parts as soon as they arrived (next day air). Ryan did a fantastic job installing the parts, taking the time to make sure no shortcuts were made. At points contacting the parts manufacture to make sure the supplied ones were correct as there were some differences between the ones originally installed and the ones shipped. He was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. He made a bad situation far, far better. We will definitely use his services in the future.
