I don’t often leave reviews, but Joe absolutely earned one. As a fellow retired Navy veteran, I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. Even though he was over 350 miles away from the RV I was considering and knew he wouldn’t be getting the inspection job, he still spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me answering questions, sharing his knowledge, and giving me valuable advice about what to look for when buying an older RV. He never rushed the conversation or tried to sell me anything. Instead, he genuinely wanted to help me make a good decision and even recommended that I look for an inspector closer to the Memphis/Oxford area since it would be more practical. That kind of integrity is hard to find and speaks volumes about his character. It’s clear that Joe has a wealth of RV knowledge and truly cares about helping people, whether they’re his customers or not. If you’re anywhere in his service area and need an RV inspection, I would absolutely recommend giving him a call. We were having issues with our lippert slim rack slide & set and appt with Joe, he was very knowledgeable with the system and had it fixed quickly and charged a very fair price. Will use again If we run into any issues.
