Faithful RV

Justin was able to come out to repair my hot water heater the next day and even installed a screen to prevent wasps from getting in there and forming a nest. Thank you so much for the prompt communication and service! I will be using Faithful RV from now on.

Justin does great work and is honest. He showed up and installed my max air vent fan on my enclosed trailer. As someone who is thorough with any work myself, seeing someone who did the same with the install made me feel good knowing he didnt rush through it and didn't cut corners. I really liked that he was mobile it made not taking the trailer to them very helpful! Justin's wife is also very professional and both do great with communication back and fourth between them to make sure your needs are satisfied. Customer service was great, work was honestly done. My first time experience hiring Faithful RV is a solid 5/5 for me. Thank you guys!

Good People to work with and Quality work.

Today was the second time to have Faithful RV Repair come to my rescue, and for the second time, I was not disappointed. I'm so thankful for Justin and Hilary starting this business. I've found them to be very reliable, sincere and fair. I can't say enough good things about this business. If you need RV repair, give 'em a call. You won't be disappointed. 🙂

I really like this company. Justin met up with me where I store my camper, did an assessment to make sure that there were no leaks, and then changed my water pump, which turned out to be defective. He did a great job and the water pump is superior to the one that I had before. He also explained a few things, which turned out to be really helpful during my trip!!. I strongly recommend this company. They are honest, thorough, and reasonable. Justin has a great personality and is extremely knowledgeable. Hilary,, who answers the phone is very responsive, pleasant to talk with, and accommodating, making sure my rig got fixed in a timely manner. Thank you Faithful RV!!
