Outstanding Professional Work
We went to the January RV Show in Tampa specifically to get information about a new lithium battery system. We had done a lot of research but still had questions. We went to several dealers and then went to the Faithful Journey booth and met Andrew. From the beginning he was very knowledgeable and so professional. At the show he took all the time we needed to answer all our questions. After the show we called him several times with additional questions and made the decision to have him do the job. One thing that really impressed me he was not a hard sell and listened when we told him our needs. He gave us all the choices from the most expensive batteries and system to telling us what he felt would be good for our use. (not the most expensive) We had solar panels installed, 4 lithium batteries and did a complete change over from our Newmar system to a Vitron monitoring system. First, we also wanted to have our roof redone. Andrew went the extra step to work closely with the roof company. He installed the solar panel fittings and then the roof was replaced. He then installed the solar panels. Our battery tray was somewhat of a mess because of the acid batteries. Andrew took the extra step in doing a thorough cleaning, painting and then installing a rubber pad prior to putting in the new lithium batteries. The Vitron system components installed in the storage bays looks great. All wires tied and looks clean. Inside the coach Andrew installed the system monitor on a wall and taking the extra time to remove panels to get to the wires. If you didn’t know better, you would think this was done by Newmar when the coach was built. The system is amazing and Andrew was great in showing us how to use it. Since the install he had contacted us to check in and insure all was good. If you are looking for a new power system, I truly suggest you look closely at Faithful Journey and talk with Andrew. You will not be sorry.

Lithium system | Boondock for Airstream
Andrew truly understands the process. From the first communication to the final pick up. Andrew installed an off grid lithium system for us to enjoy our Airstream outside of parks / needing shore power for our stays. He is a timely communicator, and kept updated throughout the process. Highly recommended! 5 ⭐️

The right man for the job
I had Andrew install a solar system last year and just went back to get 3 more panels installed. We are now 3 weeks on the road, Boondocking only and we did not have to plug into shorepower or run the generator. We did not have to use the AC yet, but the lowest our battery pa k ever went was 55% and that was running a lot of things that day. Andrew is a true professional and really knows what he’s doing. Very clean work. Thanks Andrew for a job well done. Quality doesn’t cost, it pays!!!
