As a fellow inspector I have consulted with James on many RV issues. And as a host at an RV Park that he services with his Technician work, I speak to his satisfied customers weekly. He is fast, efficient, knows his stuff. And most importantly his prices are good, and he shows up when he says he will. He will tell you if he thinks he cannot fix You won't have a problem if you give him a call.

Background: The furnace in our travel trailer failed on the eve of a bitter winter night. Temperatures outside plunged to 22°F while inside, even with space heaters, the inside temperature dropped to 43°F. It was imperative that I find an RV repair mechanic that could fix our problem 1) immediately, 2) fix it on site since we were living in it at the time, and 3) do so within the framework and requirements of our five-year extended warranty contract. I called four other repair shops. While reputable, none of them could meet my three requirements: timing, place and warranty. Resolution: Then I called James at EZ Call RV. What a breath of fresh air. There was no problem doing a diagnosis immediately, there was no problem doing it on site, and there was no issue working in the parameters of my extended warranty contract. I called EZ Call RV and James said he would be there within a half hour. James was quick with the diagnosis and professional while interacting with my insurance company, handling all the extended warranty claim details for me. But most important of all, James was completely done with the fix and on his way within three hours of my initial phone call. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was. While others gave me the run around about the urgency, diagnosis, parts, warranty, and needing to hall my RV into a shop to sit there for days, James just got it done. Thank you James and EZ Call RV.

Never experienced a better RV repair service. We were in the area for a family members wedding when our Aqua Hot system failed. James came out and did all he could. We needed specialized parts he didn't carry on his truck. The very next night, Saturday evening, we had an electrical fire/failure. James answered the call and made an appointment to help us the next day despite it being Sunday and his only day off. Not only did he reassure us that our coach was safe to travel, he had the necessary parts to repair the damage. He was clean and orderly on top of providing top notch work. Couldn't have asked for better. I highly recommend his service!

Highly recommend this company. James was our tech and he went above and beyond for us. We were traveling out of state and had the worst luck on our trip. Our AC went out on us while on our trip. We have two little kids and a very pregnant wife. Not being able to cool off from the days heat was brutal. James came out to take a look and then spent all day working on our RV making sure our AC was in tip top shape for our family. He was honest and kind and really went above and beyond for us. We can’t say how grateful we are that James fit us into his schedule. Due to a mechanical defect things turned into a catastrophe. James did everything possible to get us a working AC unit with the tools he had available. He didn’t leave till the job was finished. If he made any other potential clients unhappy by being late cause of us we apologize. Our children were not handling the heat well and he truly made sure we were taken care of. He worked hard in the extreme heat. We can’t thank him enough! Also extremely reasonable. Highly recommend this company and specifically James. Thank you!
