Very good communication, checked my issue and let me know the problem, sent me a quote and had me back up and running in a reasonable time! Would highly recommend

So accommodating, professional and went above and beyond in helping with our repairs. Took care of replacing our roof air conditioner and dealt with my warranty company . Won’t hesitate to call Ed again!

Made a quick accurate diagnosis on our Aqua Hot. Completed the repair within hours of receiving the part from the factory.

Traveling thru LA I was having problem with my RV’s heater. Called Jennings RV and Tony and Randall were quick to come where I was staying and dive into the problem. Of course it was working when they tested it, and it’s tough to troubleshoot something when it’s functioning. But to their credit, they kept following up with me, and after a cold weekend, they were back out first thing Monday to explore other potential causes. Upon 2nd visit the problem was identified and a fairly easy fix. They even brought me a sample of some of the local foods folks like down here. Who does that anymore in this day of impersonal service being the norm? So I am a huge fan of Jennings RV, Tony & Randall, and also Boudin. Might have to schedule another repair since I hear Gumbo is pretty good. 😁

Ed & Chance worked efficiently to investigate Several issues that occurred on our Class A motorhome moving to a new house. Solutions were developed to be implemented as soon as necessary parts and materials are received. ✅👍
