Robert scheduled plans to inspect our new RV while he was on vacation. We locked in a date and he even moved that up to avoid approaching, nasty weather! His inspection was thorough, easy to understand and gave us the basis for a punch list from the dealer. He answered numerous questions from us as newbie RVers and even offered to let us contact him going forward. His services and compassion, lowered the stress of purchasing our very first RV.

Our refrigerator stopped working while in North Carolina. I emailed Rob to see if he could look at it. He responded very quickly and was so helpful in trying to diagnose the potential problem and gave me options of what to do (without even setting up an appointment). He provided me with a link of where to purchase our 120V replacement refrigerator and I had it shipped to my location free! Upon delivery of the unit, Rob set up an appointment and the unit was installed 4 days later. He did an excellent job installing the refrigerator and was very particular in making sure everything was done correctly. I highly recommend him for any repairs needing done for your RV.

Professional, Tenacious, and Highly Recommended!

I cannot recommend Rob highly enough. Our furnace went out immediately following a major winter storm, and Rob was on top of it from the start. He was prompt, communicative, and clearly an expert in his field. While we had to wait on parts from the furnace manufacturer—an issue outside of his control—Rob did everything in his power to expedite the process and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. He kept us informed every step of the way, and his exceptional customer service made a stressful situation much more manageable. For any RV owner looking for a knowledgeable and reliable tech who truly goes the extra mile for his clients, Rob is the person to call.

Poor response time

On Wednesday, January 21, I contacted Mr. Durling to ask if he could give me a rough estimate and timeframe from my inspection report. He assured me he could do that and would have it to me by the end of the week. When Monday rolled around and I had not heard from him, I was afraid I had missed his message. When I asked him if I had indeed missed his message, he said he had not completed the quote due to many furnace repairs because of the impending cold spell, which I understood. He said he would have it to me shortly. Wednesday the 28th, he informed me that he would have to see the unit to give me an estimate. When I expressed my disappointment, he castigated me for having purchased a 24 year old unit. He knew the age of the unit when he agreed to give me the estimate.
