Excellent service
We have had Rodney service trailer for several yrs now. I think we were one of his first clients. We had never had a "spring" service before Rodney mainly because we didnt want to haul it in some place. The first yr he found our awning was loose and fixed it. We would never had known it until it fell off if not for his service. Since then we have him come out each yr to both prepare for spring and then winterize at end of season. I highly recommend his service. The level of detail he provides has saved us from future repairs and costs along with the stress of a breakdown.

We recently experienced a mishap while camping when the wind took our awning. After calling Elite RV, we were fortunate to have Rodney as our technician. His communication was excellent, and he was quick to repair our awning. We were very pleased with the service and efficiency.
