A/C Replacement
From beginning to end, Josh was amazing to work with. Communication was top-notch. We had a strange issue in which our A/C compressor would never shut off. Our A/C brand was no longer made or supported, but Josh had a great recommendation for replacement. Our furnace was also wired into the A/C controls, so it wasn't a trivial job. Once the A/C shipped, Josh had the old one out, the new one in, and a new thermostat installed for the furnace in 2 hours, and it works great. He was great to talk to, had a great sense of humor, and had several helpful tips that were unrelated to the repair. I highly recommend Josh and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Fixed our problem in 2 minutes
Our A/C wouldn't start on an unexpectedly hot arizona day. Josh was able to fit us in first thing the next morning. He fixed the issue in literally 2 minutes. He spent the rest of the time educating us on any questions we could come up with. I would not hesitate to call Josh again. Thanks again Josh!!

Saved me tons of money and untold grief
I've used Josh 3 times in just over a month's time. Two were at the same dealer. I probably would not have discovered the problem myself on the first RV (a slight hump in the floor) and I am absoluterly certain I would not have found the problem in the second one (serious black mold in the insulation in the bathroom ceiling). Josh found that early in his inspection and immediately called me to see if I still wanted him to do a complete inspection. I said no. That was too serious a problem to continue. Josh only charged me for the time actually spent. The third. RV was a private seller. It was 3 years old and Josh said it was cleaner than new ones he had inspected. I am so glad I spent the money on all three of the inspections. He deserves 10 out of 5. stars!
