we got ripped off!
We were up in Minnesota and had some issues, so we thought we would get them all taken care of at once. We were in Hinkley so found DustyDog on the internet and called him. One issue was a propane leak which wasn't an actual leak so no work was done on that one. The other issue-the main one-was our furnace. It was the thermostat. My wife had already bought a thermostat but dusty dog determined this wouldn't work. We needed a different now. So he charged us for a trip to camping world in another town. Then found that that wouldn't work either. Dustydog spent a couple of hours trying to somehow get a thermostat and our furnace to work. He didn't even give us a temporary fix. He gave up due to the face that he was in way over his head. Obviously in way over his head as my wife used the same thermostat she had bought that dusty dog couldn't get to work. My wife fixed it in about ten minutes earlier today. I ended up paying $270 for him to fix NOTHING! He was using us as a classroom and we had to pay. Total sh*tshow! He isn't competent and should have charged us nothing! We decided to fight this on our credit card but that is such a hassle. Nothing accomplished, nothing we wanted to get done got done. Hire at your own risk as buyer beware

Contact from Bill was very fast in scheduling, arriving and completing task.
Bill installed three Micro-Air Soft Starts on our 5th wheel. He was on time, knew what he was doing, installed and tested all three air conditioners operation. He was professional and easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him in the future and recommend to others in need to Mobile RV Repair.

Questions answered
As a 1st time RV owner, I needed some 101 on the process. Bill was patient with me and answered my questions. On dewinterizing and hooking up hoses and such. Bill communicates well, is timely and efficient.
