5 Stars - Rare Find: An RV Tech Who Truly Cares
Our converter stopped charging our battery and as full-time RVers, losing DC power meant losing our home. We were stressed and running out of options. Doug called back fast after my voicemail. He listened, asked troubleshooting questions, and clearly knew his stuff. He was 2-hours away, so instead of just saying no, he reached out to his contacts to try and find someone closer to us. Then he went further; He researched our problem on his own time and sent us more troubleshooting steps, and offered even to drive out if we got stuck. He never charged us a dime - nor even asked for a review. Bottom line: He was the bright spot on what was turning into a dark day. He treated us like people with real respect, and never made us feel like a burden. If you need an RV tech, call Doug. He will make sure you're taken care of.

Doug was a big help!
Doug helped us sort out some issues with our water system in our RV. We were so grateful for his knowledge and experitise as we are newbies. He was very responsive and able to come out the same day I contacted him. We will definitely use his services in the future.

Slide-out Motor Replacement
Doug Parker came through for me big time. He was able to get my Schwintek slide motors and gears replaced on very short notice—just days before a trip I had planned to North Carolina. The service was great, communication was solid, and he got me in when no one else could. That alone says a lot. I can’t recommend him enough. He’s definitely my go-to guy from here on out. I don’t leave reviews often, but this one was well deserved.
