Emergency RV Repair

We were between a rock and a hard place, in NH camping. I am not going to mention the name of the campground, because they worked hard to correct issues on their end after Scott got us all repaired. Scott thank you for your expert troubleshooting and diagnosis on our AC scare. Also thank you for tip on a surge unit that shuts down power when low. We were at a campground that had low voltage, 107 volts or less at times. The short story is that caused converter box in the AC to short and actually burn up, melted wires, could of burned RV to the ground. I killed the power and called Scott at DOG CRATE RV. Scott set my mind at ease that he would come to my site first thing in the morning, sure thing Scott called that morning said he was on his way, 10 minutes later Scott was at the camp and checking systems, less than an hour he had found burned unit, ordered new parts and was back very next morning finishing job, tested voltage and AC unit.
