Excellent Tech!

I've been rving around 40 years, and have had my share of mobile rv help. Absolutely none have been a great as Chris! Arrived on time, introduced himself and told me his rate. It was HWH leveler problem, as an owner I was on a 2 day call back list. Chris called them, got a HWH expert that walked Chris thru the fix, which I knew nothing about and did not understand. He fixed them and had time to help with a generator problem also. He is the ONE to call!!

He saved our trip

Chris answered the call... He came out to our campsite and fixed a leaf spring bolt that had backed almost all the way out. I explained the issue over the phone, and he was out the next day. Great guy, highly recommend!

professional, knowledgeable, reasonable

First time needing a mobile rv repair while in place at camprgound in Salida CO. Chris called back and discussed our issue on the phone and then indicated a time he could be there to service issue. He was very timely and prompt and proved knowledgeable with rv issues. He helped us get one of our tires changed out with the spare so we could continue to our final destination in AZ.

This business is awesome! Chris is very knowledgeable and sooo patient. He prepared our water heater in our NEW RV and found a wire that was not hooked up with our gas stove that the seller should have caught before we left the facility. Two days later a valve in our toilet started leaking. He found the problem immediately and had it fixed in less than 20 min. Other people we were camping with were just elated at his kindness, professionalism and skills. We all agreed he should have more than 5 stars! He saved our vacation time.😁

Chris got us out of an emergency, on a Saturday, while we were parked at a campsite. His communication prior to arriving allowed him to assess the situation before arriving so that he was ultra prepared to start immediately when he got to us. His repair work left us in better shape than the original manufacturer did., reinforcing the underbelly with more crossbar straps preventing us from ever being in the situation again.
