If you are considering purchasing a used RV, I strongly recommend having a professional inspection completed before you buy. With the amount of money you are investing, you want the peace of mind that you are getting the best RV possible for your money. Deb provided an outstanding inspection and gave me that peace of mind. Knowing that she was looking out for me and my investment made the entire process much easier. As a Quality Assurance Inspector myself, I pay close attention to detail and have high expectations when it comes to inspections. Deb exceeded those expectations. Her attention to detail was excellent, and her inspection report was thorough, professional, and easy to understand. In fact, her report was used to identify and address repairs before the RV even left the dealership. Deb was also extremely responsive to every question and concern I had throughout the process. Her professionalism, knowledge, communication, and commitment to her customers made the entire transaction easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Deb to anyone purchasing an RV. Gave us confidence

Debbie was very responsive and professional. Showed up on time and was efficient and thorough on her inspection of a used motor home that we were interested in. She took time to educate us and show us what she was looking for. We are new to the RV world so this was very beneficial. The unit was very clean and in good condition so we did not find much during the inspection but with Debbie’s inspection report we felt very confident in the condition of the RV and felt comfortable making an offer. Without the inspection we would have felt like we were taking a shot in the dark. I would recommend hiring Debbie for anyone considering an RV purchase.

Saved my butt twice

Deb is such a great person and inspector as well. I had her check out a couple of RV's for me and neither one was any good. I would recommend her to anyone for an honest concise inspection. She's been a wonderful, thoughtful person and has given some much needed advice.

Like other reviewers have written, Deb is the "real deal". I would never buy an RV again without Deb's service and her genuine advocacy for the buyer. When I notified the RV dealer that I was employing Deb's services for a 3-hour inspection, their response was something like "we check everything out...we don't see a need for you to have this independent inspection". That's is a potential red flag right there, although the dealer has been upfront about most things. The only issues behind the red flag is the dealer did not want to put any more $ into this vehicle, and now they are. Deb and I worked side-by-side, and like others, I received an education as a result (this is my first time purchasing an RV of this type). With my engineering background, we were able to discuss the inspection results together, and she valued my input. Her report was comprehensive, with lots of pictures, and delivered to me immediately after the inspection. Note that I did not send her report direct to the dealer. I paid for the report. The dealer did not. I summarized her findings, a few of my own that Deb agreed with (which she would have eventually found anyway), and created a separate list to send to the dealer. As a result, the dealer has decided to take care of many of the listed items, which should cover most if not all of Deb's services. Without Deb, I really don't know what I would have felt comfortable in further negotiations, when I had already agreed to a price. Knowing that the manufacturer's warranty had expired, and the moment I drive the RV off the lot I am liable for all expenses, was when I decided to find Deb's RV services. Best decision I ever made for purchasing any vehicle.

Saved me from from a terrible mistake

I want to say right up front that I cannot recommend Deb’s RV Services highly enough. There simply aren’t enough stars available to properly rate the experience. I live in Baltimore, Maryland, and was in the process of purchasing an RV located in Tucson, Arizona. Because of the distance, I contacted Deb’s RV Services to perform a pre-purchase inspection. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. Deb clearly explained what the inspection would include and kept me informed every step of the way. On the day of the inspection, Deb called me on her way home to discuss what she had found. She immediately let me know that there were major issues with the RV and told me she would be sending a detailed report later that evening. When I received the report and sat down to read it, I was honestly glad I was seated. During our phone call, she hadn’t even covered half of what she discovered. The inspection report — all 71 pages of it — was incredibly thorough and included clear photos documenting every issue. The level of detail was truly impressive. After reviewing the report, my wife and I decided not to proceed with the purchase. Deb’s RV Services saved us from making a very costly mistake, and for that we are extremely grateful. I’ll say it again: I cannot recommend Deb’s RV Services highly enough. If you choose Deb to perform your RV inspection, I truly believe you’ll be just as satisfied as we were.
