Omega Mobile Saved me a fortune and did wonderful work!

I bought a used Travel Trailer and love it, but it developed a leak in one of the ceiling vents last summer. Omega came out looked at my rig, and figured out quickly what the problem with the vent was, and inspected the rest of the roof. No homeowner wants to hear "You need a new roof" because of the money involved. Omega also found some other issues in my rig and worked up a reasonable quote for the work with things broken out into a plan of what needed repair right away, and what could be spaced out. Obviously the roof was first, and I had heard from other people that I might be better off getting a new trailer. Omega Mobile got the roif done for way less than I had feared, fixed a leak in my bathroom, and overall did a fantastic job at reasonable rates that saved me so much money. Couple of things we put off until I can afford them, but aren't going to be a huge problem until the next time I see them, and I assure you, I will be seeing them again!!! Oh, one of the other miracles the performed was fixing my fridge, which I thought I was going to have to completely replace! So instead of thousands for a new fridge, it was hundreds instead!!! I couldn't be more thrilled by the service and affordability. I will be having them help me with the other stuff on the list as soon as I can afford it. They are trained experience professionals that do amazing work! I highly recommend them!!!

1-Star Review – Omega Mobile RV Repair I would give these guys zero stars if I could. They came out to my house to diagnose a water leak in my RV. The technician spent maybe 30 minutes looking at it, then another 30 minutes on the phone with someone else. In the end, they told me the issue might be the seals on my slides and windows because they haven’t been replaced in a couple of years—but they couldn’t actually confirm that was the source of the leak. I paid both the diagnostic fee and service call fee, expecting they would identify the issue and provide a repair. Instead, they never provided a real quote. All they said was that seals “typically run about $250 plus three hours of labor,” but then told me they couldn’t do the repair and that I should go somewhere else. When I confronted them about it, they said the diagnostic fee was for exactly what they did—which was essentially guessing and telling me to take it somewhere else. If you’re expecting real diagnostics or actual repairs, look elsewhere. In my experience, this felt like nothing more than paying for someone to show up, speculate, and leave. Do not use this company.

I could not give a more glowing review for Debbie, at Omega RV repair in Springville, Utah. My furnace ended up being what they call a Purple Monkey. It would work, then it wouldn't, back-and-forth. Debbie ended up taking it home over the weekend, traced down the problem and found that the fan motor had gone bad. She got that ordered and replaced a few other things that were wearing out.
