Great Customer Service
I contacted DJ after our fireplace stopped working and our furnace stopped working 3 days later. DJ returned my call within about 15 minutes and set an appointment to come out to our RV park as it was not an immediate need for repair. The night before he arrived, our A/C fan in the bedroom started making a loud sound. Naturally when DJ arrived our furnace was working fine. SMH:) I mentioned the A/C and DJ found the fan motor failing. In addition, he checked the fireplace and he noted several wires charred near the heating element. DJ took pictures and notes and called our extended warranty company to discuss his findings. The warranty company immediately accepted his bid for repairs. DJ ordered a replacement fireplace and A/C motor. It took several days to get the motor in, and the fireplace was going to take a few weeks to arrive. DJ arrived with the motor and promptly replaced it. The fireplace is on order and as soon as it arrives, DJ will be back to replace it. I found DJ to be a very professional RV technician. He has great customer relations and very knowledgeable in his trade. DJ was very prompt and returned my calls immediately. As an added bonus to his business, DJ is taking a month-long class to learn and be trained on RV generator operations and repairs. I would absolutely recommend calling RV Repair on Demand in the RGV for your RV repairs.

Toilet troubles
I’m not good at plumbing so I search on line for a qualified tech. I called and was able to get right with him and explained my problem. He was close to me working a job and said he would be over as soon as he was done. They came over and he inspected my problems and he explained to me the best solution to my problems. There were here in just over an hour from my call and for all this he did not charger me a trip fee. Something very rare in these times. Thank you very much DJ. I have you card on file.
