Jim has loved camping ever since he drove a 15-passenger van pulling a pop-up camper down the I-5 in California on a family road trip as a teenager. He, his girlfriend and their two dogs recently took the step to live full time in their Class A Thor Hurricane. Originally from the Dakotas, Jim looks forward to the southern US during the winter, but still thrives in colder weather. He understands how frustrating it is when issues pop up like leaks or weird sounds. You can end up cutting your vacation short or putting on a patch that, hopefully, will last until you can get to a shop and then the shop takes months to get around to fixing your problems!
