Located in and serving those in Upstate SC, Western NC, Vermont, Florida, and New Hampshire. Landing gear problems
Very late review: We contacted them because we were having issues with our Lippert control for the landing gear shutting down when trying to disconnect and level. He inspected the wiring and gave us some things to keep an eye on because the amperage would go to low to keep the power to the landing gear. Could not really diagnose the problem at that time but as it turned out at the next campground as we were hitching up, the gear in the landing jack gave way. That is what was pulling all the power. Luckily, we were on the truck which was perfect. Ordered the leg, replacing was easy and it has been fine ever since. Until that happened, it would have been difficult to fully diagnose, but got some lessons on what to look for and check in the future.

I recently (2025) had Jon and Naomi, mobile RV technicians out to do yearly roof and A/C maintenance. They showed up on time, were very professional, and did a great job! I was impressed with their good character and more than fair prices. Good folks! I highly recommend them!

Excellent work! We were very pleased with thoroughness and professionalism. We will not leave Maple Haven til Tuesday am to test the previous gray water leak. Will be in touch. In meantime, we will contact Grand Design.

Great service: above expectation. Willing to travel to BFE, booked via text(simple/easy), received multiple confirmations(yay for follow-ups and confirmations), was on time, and even found something that needed immediate fixing(hot wire) that wasn't part of the reason for the repair visit. Online payment was easy and smooth. Just an overall great experience!
