Criterion RV Verification provides independent, evidence-led RV inspections and condition documentation for buyers, owners, and business decision-makers across North Texas and southern Oklahoma. Services include Comprehensive RV Inspections, RV Scouting & Buyer Verification, Business RV Verification, RV Condition Monitoring, and fluid analysis when applicable.

A Comprehensive RV Inspection includes approximately 200 inspection points, customized to the RV type, installed equipment, accessibility, and agreed scope. It provides a detailed visual and functional assessment of accessible systems and components. An RV Scouting Visit is a limited preliminary visit intended to help determine whether an RV deserves further consideration; it is not a substitute for a comprehensive inspection.

Each inspection is documented using clear observations, photographs, and professional judgment within the agreed scope. Criterion’s role is to help clients understand the RV’s observed condition so they can make informed decisions—not to provide a warranty, guarantee, appraisal, or prediction of future performance.

RV Condition Monitoring is available monthly or twice monthly for stored, parked, or unattended RVs, with focused post-storm checks available on request. Visits may include moisture observations, battery voltage and power-status checks, pest or rodent indicators, tire-pressure readings and minor inflation when authorized, tire and chassis observations, interior and exterior condition observations, visible leaks, damage, tampering or unauthorized-access indicators, and dated photographic documentation.
