Damn good service
I was dealing with a frustrating electrical issue in my camper where outlets would randomly lose power and come back on, while other systems still worked. Ryan was extremely professional from start to finish. He arrived on time, listened to the full history of the issue, and didn’t rush through the job. He methodically tested the system, including breakers, outlet circuits, and connections, and explained what he was checking as he went. Instead of just swapping parts, he focused on proper diagnosis and found the underlying issue. Everything is now functioning normally and the problem has not returned. It’s hard to find RV techs who take their time and do it right—this was a great experience. He went out of his way to get parts last minute and even offered to go back into town to get other things to make sure everything was diagnosed the right way. He also took the time to off me some advice and explain it in detail what he’s talking about to keep everything smooth since I mentioned this was my first camper and full time camper living.

Great service
Great service overall! We had an emergency leak around 11pm and he came right out and fixed our issue while also informing us on the proper ways to go about using our rv in the future. I would very much recommend!

Great service in impeccable timing
First, this review is late in submission, however not to be discounted due to. We meet Ryan mid June of 2025. When I say Ryan is an amazing RV technician, he is. When I put the request in to several techs on this website (RV Help), he was the first to respond and came as soon as he could that same day as an emergency call. He diagnosed the issues, gave us an honest update to his findings, did what he could do in the moment, he made a special trip back (no charge to us) and gave us an alternative (a portable generator- not cheap) to assist us as we awaited him to return for the initial concern. He has been doing all of our needed services every since then as we are the 2nd owners of our RV and want to keep it up to part. We are extremely please with Ryan's heart for his clients, flexibility, honesty, knowledge, services, timeliness and prices! Thanks Ryan for your commitment to our new life journey as RV owner and we look forward to a forever relationship with you as our RV tech. George & Tina Washington

Black tank valve
He was great! Definitely would recommend and will use CPRV again if needed. He got out to us quick was very knowledgeable on what was going on and fixed my black tank stick valves. He worked with my warranty company so I didn’t have to pay everything out of pocket which I thought was great. I’ve had a couple mobile guys before but they never wanted to work with a warranty company. He took it upon himself to call for me and get everything square away with them. When he got the parts he came back out and installed them. Even with a couple set backs he kept a smile on his face and kept going which goes along way with me. Highly recommend him

Exceptional Service
Our fresh water tank was filling up despite being connected to city water. I reached out to Ryan and he graciously listened to my mumblings as I tried to explain the situation. He proactively did some research on my specific RV model and showed up with a good idea of what the problem was. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and ordered the part immediately. While waiting for the water tank to drain he voluntarily checked other systems and answered our many questions. Ryan's service is top-notch! He responds immediately and his communication is thorough as he patiently explains everything to newbie RV owners.
