About
Matt is 30 year veteran of Fire and EMS service. He also has more than a decade of RV ownership and maintenance experience. Upon his retirement from being a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic, he had the vison to start the company. Matt has a strong background in building and fire code enforcement, as well as residential and vehicle electrical systems. This background laid the groundwork for Matt's success while he was completing his formal training at the National Recreational Vehicle Training Academy. Matt has extensive customer service skills and works hard to provide an excellent product at a reasonable price for each customer. Living with his wife full-time in their RV he has first-hand experience with the problems presented by a customer bringing a coach to the dealership and the coach being at the dealership for months with no work having been performed. 603-266-9596

Sewer cable
My black tank cable line was broke. Matt was able to fix it in a timely manner.very happy with the results.

Exceeded expectations
The first time I flushed my tanks last spring water went everywhere except into the tank. At first I thought the hose might be loose but no such luck. After I turned the hose off I went inside & stepped into a small puddle of water by the sink. That’s when I contacted Cole RV Service. It could not have been more than 5 minutes & Matt showed up. I explained my situation & he knew exactly what the problem was. He ordered the part & opened an area under part of the trailer to allow drainage of the water & to allow it to dry out completely. Matt came back as soon as the part arrived - immediately fixed the problem. Once he felt the underside was sufficiently dry he again returned to close it up. Tank flushing worked like a charm the rest of the season. I highly recommend Cole RV if you need any type of service to your camper.

Electrical problems
So in the spring of 2024 my travel trailer was having some problems. I could run my refrigerator on Propane but not electricity. I contacted Matt and he offered all the simple suggestions that wouldn't cost a lot to identify. When these didn't correct the problem he came to my campsite while I was camping and diagnosed the problem and some parts had to be ordered. He then went out of his way to come to my home and make the necessary repairs to my travel trailer. I have to say that he went out of his way to check in and see if everything was going well after the repairs. I highly recommend his services if you are ever in a situation that is beyond or you or that just can't figure out on your own.
