Jason Geary

Impressively Thorough Inspection

I was buying an RV across the country and needed an inspection to make sure there weren't any surprises. I talked with a few in the area and Jason seemed to offer the most comprehensive report. Other inspectors offered as little as a 1 page report... the one I got from Jason was over 300 pages long and complete with detailed photos and an easy to follow summary of issues that he found. The system he uses also makes it easy for you to provide the seller with a list of your concerns so that they can either fix them or you can use it to negotiate a better price. That alone could potentially help cover the cost of the inspection itself. We had one issue with the report, but he stood by his work and it was resolved in a fair and timely manner, which is honestly what made me want to write this review and recommend him even more. Overall, Jason did an incredible job and takes care of his customers.
