Awesome service

I texted for help with suspension at 2 AM and was surprised with a response at 5:30 AM. Next day Lynn was out at the camper fixing wet bolts I was ready to pay to replace. Honest decent workmanship and saved me hundreds of dollars when he could have just said they needed replaced and charged more. Also, I was able to pick his brain for free. I could not be happier with Lynn and recommend him highly.

Lynn worked on our rig (Grand Design Reflection 303) to replace the brake assembly and stuff for the Lippert ABS. A few weeks later, we left and travelled 180 miles to Benson, AZ. The next morning, when we were pulling out, we heard this rattling, creaking sound out of the rear driver side brakes. We called Lynn and had him listen to the sound over the phone. He promptly said, he is coming over to check out. Yes! that's 180 miles he drove. Checked the brakes and determined that it was a defective one. He came prepared with a spare brake assembly and replaced it. He worked on it for over 3 hrs and he still had another 3 hrs drive to get home. We are so grateful that he came that same day and fixed the problem. And to top it all, no charge! A truly professional guy who cares for his customers and his work. Thank you, Lynn!

Service call to fix a variety of our RV electrical issues

We contacted Lynn and arranged for a service call at our RV site on 2/13/26. Lynn arrived right on time and spent the next 2½ hours working on our recent problems with our house and chassis batteries losing power. Before our trip to Arizona, we had replaced all three batteries and installed a new inverter – and that is when our problems began. Here is the list of his initial evaluation and diagnostic efforts on 2/13: Electrical diagnosis. Verified coach battery charges well. Verified disconnect switches work at some level. Must understand if all exit points of charge manager should have same voltage. Will contact vendor. Lynn then did extensive research on his computer to find information on troubleshooting He replied, “I'm getting more confident that the problem is within this device - at least if I can understand how to test the voltages (i.e. what plugs/fuses/connections) then I can pass/fail this device.” He returned on 2/17 and while discussing our electrical connections by phone with a technician for the units we have, he was able to swap the coach and chassis battery connections at battery control center – which fixed our problems. He also instructed me on how to replace our RVComfort.cz thermostat. We highly recommend Lynn and C2 RV Services LLC. His expertise and experience is amazing, and he is also fun to work with!

Lynn is very professional and friendly! He knows what he's doing, and its awesome to have someone who is certified and insured! He fixed our issues and was also able to help my anxiety as a new owner and I became more knowledgeable!
