Great, knowledgeable service!
By The Bay RV is by far one of the best rv repair companies we have used, and we've been doing this for awhile! I had a list of items for Jeffrey to look at and fix and he got everything fixed up quickly! Very knowledgeable, they take the time to explain everything to you and help you understand what needs to be done. I would highly recommend them for all of your repair needs!

We did a walk-through inspection with Jeff & Andrea. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They can speak on both the certification/technical side of things as well as personal RV camping experience.

Jeff and Andrea arrived the same day I called and took care of our awning problem. The day before we were to leave, our large awning shifted would not retract. They were able to quickly assess and fix the problem the same day. Their quick response kept us on our travel schedule and avoid attempting to change reservations.
