About

Hi, my name is Theron Burnett, I’m the owner of Burnett’s Keep ‘em Movin’ RV Repair LLC. I graduated in April 2024 from the NRVTA (National Recreational Vehicle Training Academy) in Athens, TX. I have certifications in: Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps, Water Heaters & Furnaces, Refrigerators, Exteriors (slide outs, roofs, awnings & leveling systems), Solar Installations & Generators. I’ve always wanted to be my own boss & have a career doing something I love; working with my hands. I have just that opportunity with being an RV Tech & I look forward to helping people with their RV’s to Keep ‘em Movin’ on their journeys. My wife (Mary) & I had some life changing events recently that helped put us on our current path; no regrets! So naturally we went out, bought an RV, a truck to pull it & became full time RVers, vacating our bricks & sticks rental. In February 2024 we set out on our adventure to make our own way in this world as our own boss & see as much of the U.S. & Canada as possible. Call or email me if you or anyone you know needs repairs or maintenance on an RV, horse trailer or food truck. I look forward to meeting you on the road. Poor Communication & Lack of Expertise

Do Not Use…for various reasons! At first meeting, you will get the feeling of expertise knowledge of RV Repair. However, if you deal with them long enough, you will quickly learn that is in fact NOT the case! We first reached out to them regarding a potential AC issue after experiencing an electrical surge. We requested they take the necessary steps to address and if needed replace the unit. It then took them over a month of “troubleshooting” with their mentor and supplier before they ever placed the order. Trying to again give business to the “little guy”, we reached out to them after an additional electrical surge and with additional cosmetic repairs we needed completed. Again, it took more than a two weeks to get them to take the necessary steps while temperatures continued to climb. Please note, no additional diagnostics was requested or needed as the 2nd unit showed identical issues. With that said, the excuse given was there was a difference in wiring for the 2nd unit. The entire process took more than 8 weeks to complete and the cosmetic repairs were never quoted or addressed. After discussing with our insurance, we filed a formal claim and advised the technician of our next steps. We made numerous attempts to address the invoice while we waited and were advised they do not take cashiers checks. We informed them that we would desire to pay in two separate transactions as to not tie up a large amount of cash or incur unnecessary interest by placing on a credit card while we waited for the claim to be finalized. We made multiple attempts to address the balance while keeping informed of our claim. After no response from them or division of the invoice, we had no choice but to place on a credit card. Not only was the communication like pulling teeth to get a response, the overall experience and level of service provided by a “experienced technician” was less than desirable. The fees are astronomical and the additional fees are even more ludicrous.

Diesel Generator Service

Theron was great, very knowledgeable on our diesel generator. Theron came to our camp site to perform the generator service. He did a great job servicing the generator and would highly recommend him for your generator maintenance needs. Great Job and Thank You!
