Services:

• A/C maintenance.

• Refrigerator maintenance and repairs.

• Water heater maintenance and repairs.

• Furnace maintenance and repairs.

• Exterior maintenance.

• Roof maintenance.

• Sealant maintenance and repairs.

• Travel trailer inspections. I do not inspect motor homes.

What to expect:

• I do what I say I will. If I say I'll be there at 9:00. I'll be there at 9:00. If you call me and I'm unavailable. Please leave a voicemail or send a text and I WILL get back to you within 24 hours. If you email me, sometimes it goes to spam and I don't see it as fast, but I'll still get back to you as soon as I see it.

• I don't charge extra for warranty work.

• I do live in my RV so I don't have room to keep all the different RV parts stocked. If I have to order you a part and return to install it at a different day, there is no second service call for that repair.

• I try to keeps things as fair as I can.
