What to expect:
I do what I say I will. If I say I'll be there at 9:00. I'll be there at 9:00. If you call me and I'm unavailable. Please leave a voicemail or send a text and I WILL get back to you within 24 hours. If you email me, sometimes it goes to spam and I don't see it as fast, but I'll still get back to you as soon as I see it.
I don't charge extra for warranty work.
I do live in my RV, so I don't have room to keep all the different RV parts stocked. If I have to order you a part and return to install it at a different day, there is no second service call for that repair.
I try to keep things as fair as I can.

ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE !!!
Our original contact with Mike took place within an hour of our calling him which was huge because time was of the essence for us. Mike explained what he could provide and gave us an appointment 2 days out which far exceeded our expectations. The day before the planned appointment, Mike called to inform us that he had been injured and was not in a condition where he would be able to get up on a roof for an inspection. He actually sent us a pic of his foot in a cast. We were disappointed because Mike was the person we wanted to do our inspection but we understood his predicament. He promised to let us know if he might be able to move ahead and still do our inspection in a day or so. We were skeptical as to that actually happening due to his condition, but decided to wait to hear from him. Much to our surprise, two days later Mike called to tell us he felt capable of getting up on a roof to do the inspection. An appointment was made for the following day. I believe Mike was wearing the cast. We had made an appointment for a mold inspection on that same day and Mike agreed to contact the mold inspector to coordinate a single insoection making it much more convenient for the mold inspector. On inspection day at the dealership it was discovered that our RV was parked in a location where the slides could not be opened. Mike made arrangements for it to be moved and I believe additionally used his own vehicle to facilitate the move and inspections. Mike was in phone conversation with us during his inspection describing his findings and promised us a complete report with pictures and video that same day. Again, to our surprise, Mike came through delivering an extremely comprehensive report that was desperately needed in record time, under physicall duress and at a more than fair price. We would give Mike 10 stars across the board if we could because his service was truly exceptional and above and beyond !

Awning repair
Michael was great. My entry door awning gave him a hard time. He was able to get it working like it should. I highly recommend him.

Broken awning
Absolutely wonderful experience from a mobile rv service. From the time we made contacted and completed service. Was under 5 hours and he had to drive 74 miles one way. He was highly professional, high quality work at very fair price and educated me on numerous things on the rv. He is an all star.

Overly impressed
I sent Michael to a dealership to check out a used Brinkley we were looking at purchasing. My wife and I had already discovered a couple of minor issues that needed attention(easy fixes for the most part). After Michael was done with his inspection (8.5hrs) we were given issues that we never would have found.(some pretty major issues) We received a 87 page report less then 6hrs after he was done that made our decision easy. This unit would’ve given us issues for a long time if it had not been for his thorough inspection.

Leaky Roof
We had experienced a leak in two of our slide outs. Michael was able to come out within two days to come out and fix it. He was easily the most fair priced repairer in the area. On top of that, he always provided helpful tips and tricks for future fixes. We couldn't recommend him more.
