Carla Marshall-Waggett

With a long history of success in customer and technical support roles, the passion for RV life, and becoming a full-time RVer provided an opportunity to combine enjoyment and employment. Technical support in the medical device and biotech industries supplied the skills for troubleshooting and servicing of sophisticated equipment in the field. Melding those skills with today's ever-more-complex RVs was easily accomplished through study, training, and certification at the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) in Athens, Texas. Carla continued to build skills and experience as a full-time RV Technician at General RV Center in Tampa, Florida before forming Bolts & Volts Mobile RV Services. Carla enjoys helping other RVers solve problems, learning more about their own rigs, and getting back to enjoying their travels. Carla is a Certified AquaHot Technician, Truma Service Tech and Installer, an Authorized Forest River Service Provider, and a Keystone Authorized Service Provider. Carla also works closely with Brinkley RV, Jayco, and other manufacturers.
