beyond expectations
After my grandfather was hospitalized, my grandmother and I were tasked with getting his RV back in working order. It had been sitting unkept for nearly two years, and once we realized the repairs were far beyond simple fixes, we were given Bobby’s card. From the moment he arrived, he didn’t hesitate. He built a brace to lift a fallen gray tank that was EXTREMELY heavy, checked the entire electrical system, and replaced a blown breaker. He removed four exploded batteries that were practically cemented to the tray, cleaned everything, rewired the system correctly, and replaced the batteries. He also installed two additional large batteries and even offered—more than once—to handle the exchange when we accidentally picked up the wrong ones. He inspected a significant leak, replaced a hose for my grandmother, and used a high-pressure jet to clean the black tank. He loaded all the battery cores into her truck so she wouldn’t have to lift them and even helped with something as simple as a water hose. Before meeting him, I carried the heavy worry that someone might take advantage of my grandmother—because that happens far too often to the elderly. Instead, Bobby was the complete opposite. He was kind, respectful, patient, and genuinely compassionate. He treated her as if she mattered, not as a job to rush through. I cannot express enough how grateful we are.
