Saved my trip!
I was supposed to head back to Denver but I damaged the 7 pin wiring harness on my trailer. Jeff promptly responded to my request and was super quick and professional! It was such a stressful situation but Jeff made it all ok. Thank you!

Slide Stuck Out
Our slide was stuck out and we were panicking on being able to tow back home five hours away. Jeff called right away with an eta. He was very knowledgeable and was able to manually override our slide controller and got our slide back in within minutes.

Great support service
Very thorough analysis of our slide and awning issues (this is a new 2025 Primetime Avenger). After review, it now has been determined that slide motor is shot and the awning motor is failing. Selling RV company as well as manufacturer stated it was likely a ground issue. Jeff was fantastic at his analysis and now knowing what the real issues are is helpful for a plan forward.
