Very positive.
Jerry (Black knight R.V. repair) came out to my place which was at least an hour away. He diagnosed the problem which I created my self. My Lippert stairs were broken> He checked all the electrical and the hookup. I probably fried the control mechanism somehow. He ordered the part and returned to install it. He did not charge me to travel the second time and did not upcharge me for the part. I asked many unrelated questions about my R.V. as I like to work on it myself but sometimes am my own worst enemy. He was punctual, honest and up front with the cost & knowledgable. I would hire him again if needed, and probably will.
