Brilliant Service
This RV guru, aka Allen Phillips, is the real deal. He knows how to treat his customers, he always puts the customer's needs first and corrects the issue properly. We have been misled, overcharged, and just plain swindled by all the other techs. Probably about 5 or 6 of them since 2023 before we found Big Bear. You want the job done right? Call Allen first.

A challenging fix
Allen is a very knowledgeable and dedicated RV tech. My AC problem became a long drawn out affair dealing with warranty issues, defective replacements and days of work in the grueling Florida heat and humidity. He has helped me a few times in the past year with my vintage Winnebago. He stuck through it all with determination. He answers calls and texts almost immediately and is A+ in my book.

Top Quality Service
Allen (Big Bear) Phillips is a true professional. He is very knowledgable and has fixed things on my rig that were reported by the manufacturer as unfixable saving me lots of money. He also helps educate you in preventive maintenance activities to keep your RV in tip top shape for as long as possible. I have used him multiple times for help in multiple things. (unfortunately my RV has needed quite a bit of help) I would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Stuck Slide
Our slide was stuck 1/2 in and 1/2 out. We called multiple companies and no one could come or answered their phone. We were put in touch with Mr Phillips and he was here quickly. He worked on our RV and made it to where we were able to get to slide back in. He was very nice, didn’t stop until the job was done and he was amazing! We would definitely call him again if we need help!!

A True Professional
I was stranded in my class A motorhome by a leveling jack that refused to retract and Good Sam referred me to Allen. He responded very quickly and arrived exactly when he texted me he would. He was really communicative and it was immediately obvious that he knows his stuff. We discussed options and agreed on a fix to manually retract the jack and temporarily disable the leveling system to make the vehicle drivable. He accomplished this procedure in a remarkably short time and was very neat and clean. All the while, he was really friendly and easy to talk to. You never want to be stuck on the side of the road, but if it happens, you absolutely want someone like Allen to come to the rescue.
